No Cancellations After Dispatch

Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds. Return or exchange is only possible in specific cases of damage during delivery, and only for a replacement of the same product or a product of equal value.

Mandatory Condition: 360° Unboxing Video Required

To be eligible for any exchange, you must record a clear 360-degree video while unboxing the product from a sealed package. This video is essential to verify any damage or missing items.

Return Shipping Responsibility

If your case qualifies for an exchange, return shipping (RTO) is your responsibility.

A flat 10% of the total order value will be charged to cover reverse logistics. This applies whether you want a replacement or to exchange with another item of equal value.

Return Window

All return/exchange requests must be raised between 7–14 days from the date of delivery.

No action will be taken on requests beyond this window.

Exchange Timelines

If approved, your replacement will be dispatched within 1–2 working days after receiving the returned item.

Missing Items Policy

If you received a parcel with missing items, a 360° unboxing video is required for verification.

Strict 24-Hour Rule

You must raise any issues (damage, missing items, etc.) within 24 hours of delivery. Delays beyond that will not be considered.

Electrical Products

There is no warranty or guarantee on any electrical items. Purchase only if you agree.
